Return policy

Here at Cadeau' Baby Layette, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your purchase was not as expected, see our refund and exchange policies below:

Easy Returns:
Please Email to cadeaubabylayette@gmail.com

will send you a Return Label, please Download and print your Return Label. A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Within 14 days of your order delivery:
You are welcome to return or exchange any unused items delivered to you. Please note that the delivery date is counted as the first day.
Shipping stores/kiosks ARE NOT RELIABLE in ensuring that your packages are returned within the allowed time frame. All packages MUST be scanned with USPS WITHIN 14 days for a refund.

Within 30 days of your order delivery:
You can return any unused items that were delivered to you. 
Returns will be applied to your account as a store credit.
Please note that the delivery date is counted as the first day.

If your order was delivered more than 14 days ago:
Your order is considered FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

There is a 3% restocking fee on all canceled orders. 
Returns of 5+ items or returns totaling $300 or more, will be subject to a 3% fee as well. This will be deducted from your refund.
Outerwear & Shoes are subject to a $4 restocking fee. 

When returns for multiple orders are combined or dropped off at our location, your label is used, or the contents of a full order are returned, a $1 restocking fee per item will be deducted from your refund (at our discretion). 

All international orders are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. The same policy applies to international orders shipped to a local address.

Return Eligibility:
Returns will only be accepted if unused, unwashed, and unworn items. The items must be in their original packaging with their tags intact. Any items that were purchased as a set must be returned as a set. We will not process any returns for incomplete sets. 

For hygienic purposes, all underwear, swimwear, and hair accessories are FINAL SALE.

Please note that excessive returns may result in your account being flagged and charged a 3% restocking fee, and have future orders cancelled at our discretion.

Exchanges:

We do offer free exchanges on orders (if qualified), if you would like a different size or color, please contact us via Email at Cadeaubabylayette@gmail.com for details

Discounted Merchandise:
All discounted merchandise is considered FINAL SALE. These items do not qualify for a return or an exchange.

Please note that any exceptions to these policies will be at the sole discretion of Cadeau' Baby Layette.
